Excellent online customer service and fast, reliable delivery. No disappointed children this christmas as a result of John Lewis, which is not what can be said form pixmania.com!!
Low prices, but messed up order however customer service was reasonable and order resolved quickly.
I bought 3 main xmas gifts for my 3 sons (4y, 5y & 7y old) and paid £52.60 for 24-48 hour express delivery on 20th Dec 2011. Only 2 of the 3 items has arrived on 23rd Dec 2011, a whole day after the express delivery I paid for. £52.80 is an awful lot of money for a fast delivery service that does NOT work.
Pixmania has stated that they have dispatched all 3 items to UPS. UPS advises that they only have only collected 2 items from the Pixmania warehouse, this only illsutrates extremely poor Pixmania warehouse management.
I have received nothing but EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from Pixmania this whole week with dealing with them, and I'm stil without the razor trike for my 5 year old son and without a refund.
My 5y old son will now be without his main xmas gift, whilst having to watch his other 2 brothers opening their main xmas gifts.
I will NOT be using Pixmania.com again & do NOT recommend to anyone else. The only good thing they provide is low prices, but when you factor in the extortionate delivery costs that are rendered useless it is NOT worth shopping with them at all! AVOID!!! Look for competetive prices elsewhere, there are plenty of other very good online stores that provide A1 customer service and much lower delivery costs and are infinitely more reliable!!!
