And 1 Star is Generous

Absolute worst courier company I have ever come across. My parcel has been on the van 3 times and every time returned to the depot, and every time I was in all day.

I am planning on a trip to the depot tomorrow. 25 miles, away to pick up a next day delivery item 10 days later than expected.

I will not be using Amazon again anytime soon, unless it states that they use Royal Mail.
