There needs to be a Nil or minus star rating. 1 star is too good for this shambolic outfit. Details are unimportant, other then to say it concerns missing items from a bed and matress order. It would take too long to tell the story of how unbelievably bad this company is. They take your money and then don't care. They blame the couriers, the couriers blame Dreams. The courier is Yodel, so we have a union of two incompetent, unprofessional and uncaring companies. I have never ever experienced such absolutely awful customer service. I hope they go bust, and soon, so that others are spared the dreadful treatment I have received over the past week. My problem is not resolved and I don't believe it ever will be. I have contacted my credit card company to cancel payment and have asked Dreams to cancel the order and come and take away the bits that have been delivered. When they phone to arrange a collection date, I'll tell hem that my customer service dept will ring them back to make arrangements!! Repeat - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I'm not going into any detail because it would take too long and all the spare time I had has been spent trying to sort out delivery of missing items from this completely incompetent and uncaring company. There aren't enough minus stars available to rate the lack of performance and unprofessionalism. I have never come across anything so deperately bad. I've run out of adjectives and am left with great anger and hatred. I hope they go bust - it's what they deserve!
