E-mail contact was difficult.

Well e-mail contact was difficult as replys to e-mails received were rejected so i was unsure if i had a confirmed order or not. However they did send me an e-mail to confirm delivery which happened exactly on schedule and in time for Christmas.

I would have increased the rating if it had been easier to contact by e-mail.

Thanks for your commnets Helen. I don't understand why email contact was such an issue, unless we had a problem that particular day. Our systems are usually very reliable and we very rarely suffer any downtime. I'm glad we got your trampoline to you in time and I hope you are enjoying it ?
