Poor customer service
They are very hard to get a hold of. When I finally did, they would not acknowledge that I had purchased a contract which gave me free internet for 6 months.

Horrible airline
The flights are at bad times. They fly to airports that are nowhere near the cities they claim to fly to. They charge extra for so many little things that it doesn't end up being cheap in the end. The staff is rude to customers. Boarding is a nightmare because no one has assigned seats. They maximize the amount of advertising customers are exposed to from the printed ads posted around the interior of the plane to the announcements about cheap alcohol on sale. The flights are frequently late, especially late in the day as flights are behind their too-tight schedules.
