I ordered a large white radiator.
I received an e mail on the day it was due to be delivered to say the courier couldn't deliver and it would come the following day, as it was heavy and they needed a different vehicle.
It eventually arrived the day after that - but they sent a black one! The invoice and the delivery note clearly stated it was white.
Very helpful people, arranged for courier to deliver the correct item and take away the wrong one, but by now my builder and plumber had wasted five days.
You go for the 'two months supply' option for a 'discount of £50'. You think you have bought two months supply. Two large boxes get delivered. You don't know you have signed up for a subscription.
Then a month later they take £225 from your bank account for the second month, and won't let you cancel it unless you pay £57. It's almost fraud!

I ordered a set of car mat and a cover for my soft top when its down 'tonneau cover'. Mats despatched fine and as advertised. very curt note saying, 'we are not supplying the tonneau cover as it is not suitable for your vehicle'.
I had to contact the supplier and ask for one that was appropriate for my vehicle, and recieved another curt reply - there is none available for your model of car.
I found what I needed from another supplier.
I ordered a 6 ft pool table. Realised a day later it would be sensible to go for a smaller one. E-mailed Madfun, and received a call back, problem sorted, finances refunded, and the pool table arrived a couple of days later.
Left in secure place as requested when I wasn't in, too.
If only all online retailers were so hot on customer service.
