when i moved two years ago i had no alternative but to continue to have virgin media like the previous owners, as the brainless pair had removed all inside aerial sockets and plastered over them, and also cut the outside BT line... anyway, talking to a representative is a nightmare, some cannot understand what you want. due to finances i wanted to cut my tv to a medium remove the phone and keep my broadband. easy..... well not for them. had to keep large tv and broadband but they agreed to take the phone off..... cannot believe you cannot have the package you want. got rid of it got BT vision etc cheaper, much cheaper. Not happy about price increases that was not informed about either
I hate ordering goods from companies that use this service. you cannot get through to a telephone representative without a missed delivery card number. i have tried several ways. the drivers that i have come across are rude, don't use their own initivitive
