I used to be a big fan of T-Mobile, as their customer service and mobile service were pretty good. However, I am completely disgusted to find out recently that they have chosen to sneakily charge for some UK mobile calls even though they should come out of inclusive UK mobile to UK mobile calls. As a mobile phone user, there is no way to tell which numbers will be charged and which will not. It seems to be the numbers to LycaMobile but there is no sure way to tell which ones are LycaMobile. Even T-Mobile's information says the list of numbers is not "limited to" just those numbers. And with LycaMobile allowing numbers to be ported in and out of their network, there is no way you can know just by the start of the number.
These sneaky and unhand charges completely negate other positive areas of service hence why I have given 1 star.
I am a pay monthly customer. I PAY a monthly line rental in exchange for inclusive UK mobile to UK mobile minutes. They are not FREE minutes, they are INCLUSIVE as I have paid for them. How can T-Mobile create their own reality distortion rules to define what constitutes as a UK mobile and charge for these minutes!
I have complete respect for a company like this which essentially gives money to customers for items they may be buying anyway. I've gotten a lot of cashback over the years which has allowed me to buy something nice at the end of it all. I used to use Quidco.com a lot but I've since moved over completely to Topcashback.co.uk because they do not charge an annual fee. I still use Quidco for the occasional deals that are not available on TCB such as instore cashback. It would be great to see Quidco remove their annual fee. Keep up the excellent work.

I've been using this website for over 6 years now and I think it's the most amazing site on the internet. Their weekly newsletter has a wealth of information and really does help to save money. If I need to sign up to a new contract for gas, electricity, broadband, mobile phone or whatever, I always check MSE to see the latest advice. They have so much information their site and even if it is not covered, there is so much help available on the forums. I must have saved thousands of £ in the last few years just by the information available on this site. Keep up the great work.
I've ordered many things from play.com and I've always been completely happy with their service. I love the fact that all their delivery costs are included in the price as I feel the price displayed is without any hidden charges. I've had to return a few items and received a full refund for them without any hassle. Great company.
I used to be a customer for freedom2surf and never really ran into issues that required me to use their customer services. However, after I was no longer a customer, I was still receiving marketing emails and emails reminding me about payment for services I had terminated a long time ago. I contacted customer services who were really unfriendly about the whole situation. They were rude and did not respect my choice to be removed from all their marketing/newsletter information. There is no need for rudeness of this nature and I will not be using this company again. In fact, I have since persuaded 2 friends from not using freedom2surf when they were considering using them for this very reason. I'm sure that those friends will also pass on my experience and thus freedom2surf has lost a lot of potential business from me and my sharing of experience.
I have saved a considerable amount of money by using BMP.net. I've had to use their customer service recently and although I was given wrong information on my first call, on my 2nd attempt I was given really good information and the person was extremely helpful. This goes to show that the company does provide good customer service and if you speak to the right people then all should be ok. I was unfortunate to speak to someone who was either new or was not trained well. I've not one star off for this as BMP.net need to take responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by their employees and if they have employees who give wrong information then they should address the problem by giving appropriate training or letting the employees go if they are still incompetent even after receiving full training.
HDNL is the worst delivery company I have ever come across. Unfortunately some companies I order from do not specify which courier they use and I often have the unfortunate luck to have HDNL for some of my orders. About 75% of the time, I am left infuriated with how the parcels are left at my house. I've parcels containing electric items thrown over my 6 foot garden fence, parcels wedged into my gas meter box, parcels left in my recycling bin which was 3/4 full with garden cuttings and rotting vegetables, one time my wife had forgotten to lock her car and the parcel had been left in the drivers footwell (this is something I'm completely baffled about, do delivery drivers go around checking whether car doors are open for the houses they are attempting delivery at??), I've had parcels left with complete strangers (it's amazing that delivery drivers think that just because they live a few houses away, that they can't be strangers), I've even had a parcel left behind my car and without having a note left (car had been unused for a number of days and only after moving it did I find the parcel there. The parcel were chocolates which could have been ruined as they were out in the rain). I really hate HDNL and make it a point to complain to the company I order from (e.g. Amazon, John Lewis etc), whenever they use HDNL. HDNL's customer service is ridiculous as they have no quality control and the delivery drivers do not seem accountable to anyone.
I am extremely disappointed to find out that ebuyer filters user ratings to create a more favourable impression of products. Many people have reported leaving justifiable negative reviews only to find that their reviews have not been published. It is extremely hard to find any products or individual reviews that have a rating of less than 4 stars. I believe customer reviews should not be filtered in this way and I have lost faith in ebuyer as a place for me to purchase. I will move my business to Amazon for all my purchases as at least then I can know the reviews are unfiltered.
