I have used Zoverstocks alot this year and have never had any trouble. They trade on Amazon as Zoverstocks, but are actually music magpie, the second hand CD and DVD trade-in website. Of all the titles I have bought from them only twice has there been a problem and both times I got a replacement. Yes, they do just happen to have another rare copy of a CD, because people are selling their old collections in their droves whilst money is tight and it's all been ripped to itunes. So I get to buy lots of CD's for £1.27 (inc postage). That's correct CD's and DVD's for 1p!
I purchased a pair of women's DC Graffik trainers for my wife. The site did not specify if sizes were in UK or US, but I assumed sizes must be in UK. Unfortunately the size I recieved was a US, so was too small. It cost me £8 in postage to Return the trainers to Austria for the Refund. If only they had stated UK/US and EU sizes everyone would know what they were ordering.
I was sceptical at first. I had looked on other camera websites that ship from Hong Kong and you pay the duty to the courier when it is delivered. SLR Hut includes the duty in your payment and ship from the USA, which was much more reassuring. I ordered an EOS 60D Body for £50 cheaper than any other website I had seen. I was able to track the shipment on the DHL website, so I knew when to expect delivery. I am really pleased with the camera. I was concerned that it may have a US plug for the charger and I'd have to use an adaptor, but it came with a UK plug. Goes to show how Canon UK must be ripping us off if I can buy the same product and have it shipped from USA, add UK VAT and still be cheaper than any retailer in the UK.
