"Not a live stock system"

Do not believe the in stock next day delivery. It will say in stock next day delivery but they don't know. To quote the customer service rep (after waiting 45 minutes) its not a live stock system. I would say that they also have a max of 1 person to sort out the inevitable mess this causes. Based on the 45 min wait being 4th in line to start with

Excellent product - poor delivery arrangements

Product does everything expected. Great machine. Delivery arranging poor. Agreed one date with store, then courier company called offering dates after agreed day. Had to ask them to call back which they never did. Rang store nothing happened. Then next day i called again and finally manage to sort.

Dear Mr Barrow,

Firstly I would like to apologise for the service you received from our “third party” delivery company. We strive to ensure that the couriers we use are of the highest standard, but in your case it seems as though there was confusion, between ourselves and the courier, on this occasion. A date for delivery had been booked and confirmed, but it seems that once these items had been collected for delivery, there was another date being scheduled. Again i apologise and measures have been taken to ensure future incidents like this do not occur.

With regards to “nobody from the store getting back to you”, this will again be looked into as we always try to provide the best customer service possible and always get back to any messages customer's leave.

I am however pleased you are satisfied with the product and hope that the in store product advice along with a great machine and an apology for the inconvenience caused is enough to encourage you to be a returning a customer.
