Apparently baracuta provide free returns. When I went to return my products with the address label they provided, the post office said I had to pay for it. I don't know if this was the incorrect label or what but one way or another I had to pay for it.
I emailed baracuta over a week ago about this (ref: 2037499) and have received NO REPLY. I understand that things can go wrong, it's how companies react that matters. The fact that they haven't even replied is downright rude. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I ordered for next day delivery and (not for the first time) the delivery wasn't made. I ordered on Sunday evening expecting it on Tuesday and when I rang the delivery company (yodel) Tuesday afternoon they said that they only received the package from myprotein at 3:19am on TUESDAY! As a result, myprotein had missed the yodel cut off for Tuesday delivery. And I had placed my delivery on SUNDAY!
Did myprotein check to see if they had missed their delivery? No, of course not. So I contacted myprotein with the complaint on Tuesday (MHN-106104). Did I hear back from them (5 days later now)? No, of course not, because they've got their money. I had to ring yodel and reorganise delivery again. I would not recommend this company. They can't control their deliveries, which is one thing. But the really bad thing is that they don't reply to complaints. I judge a company more by how they rectify mistakes than the mistakes they make. Myprotein are terrible on both counts.
