horrible customer service... horrible covarage
got a contact with them 2 years ago, it was 18 month contract. the quality was horrible so was happy to give one month notice of cancellation after 17 month.... however they didn't cancel my contract but automatically continued with the most horrible price plan, gave them more than 20 calls to resolve the issue .... now they started to fight with me, the customer service is rude and horrible, they would talk for 1hr to convince to get a new price plan but would fail to cancel it as requested.... so NEVER EVER consider 3!

Brilliant Service, Best Armenian company
It was hard to choose a reliable company in Armenia but after reading all the reviews and articles about gerezman.com i decided to order grave care and later on grave reconstruction and Khachkar for my grandfather's grave in Abovian, Armenia. The customer service was excellent and the quality exceeded all expectations. I defiantly recommend gerezman.com.
