I have made 5 orders from Achica not knowing their poor service. First order arrived incomplete products (one pillow instead of pair). Then I ordered Trunk which arrived badly damaged and took ages to arrange collection(I have to make two inquiry to make them act). I hope they will refund. Third time again my order arrived damaged(mannequin) and arrived a hole in package and tip had been exposed during delivery. Other 2 orders arrived safely and satisfied but 3 out of 5 were no good especially if you order furniture, it is more likely to be arrived damaged(2 out of 2). Knowing they take your money soon after purchase, this is not acceptable.
I am experienced online shopper and never had a such a bad service.
