Ordered a set of 4 Pirelli online without an issue, arrived at the garage early to get them fitted and the whole process was finished within 30 mins.
Very pleased with the service from the Garage (Jet Garage in Orpington) and the website for black circles was easy you use.
I will without a doubt use them again.
ordered a case from them for a very good price but item took longer then expected to arrive and also case was damaged on arrival, not badly but still damaged, thankfully does not effect the working of it or the aesthetics.
I did not contact customer services to get this replaced as it was fun and games enough trying to find out why it took so long.
Also ordered a fan controller on a seperate order and this arrived in the given time but on closer inspection i can see that the courier has manhandled the item and all the knobs were slightly bent, again no reason to get it replaced as the item works and unless your really looking you wont see it.
I wouldn't order from them again, rather pay the extra and order from another company.
Placed my order with I Florist 4 working days before delivery was supposed to me made, this was for my partners birthday, I ordered 12 red roses, vase and a box of chocolates..
I immediately noticed something was wrong when the order details were not displayed on my account on the I florist webpage but after talking to them using their on-line chat service, they confirmed there was a slight technical fault and it would be fixed ASAP and I left it at that.
to this day my order is still not being displayed.
Fast forward to the delivery day, I had organised someone to stay at the property specifically for the delivery and paid the days wages for the member of the family to be able to be there, so I have already lost out there but I needed someone to take delivery.
Sadly, the delivery was never attempted and I was made out to look a complete jobs worth just for using I florist.
The next morning I receive two emails stating delivery was made the evening before which I know full well that it was never even attempted and the day after the items were still not there and frankly I did not need the items any more.
I contacted the Iflorist team again that day to find out what was going on but funnily enough, the chat system was not working that day, so I was forced to log a call in their support system and wait for a reply which never came.
The next day I logged into the chat system using a different email address asking them to look into the issue, i also copied and pasted the email that I previously sent the support team to the chat system so the agent could read the whole story and roughly 5 minutes later they came back offering a full refund, at that point I thought that was perfect and was happy...
Currently i am still waiting for my refund and I florist are still claiming that its been put through but there has been a technical fault with thier systems.
Just to add insult to injury, when the flowers were delivered late the day after the birthday, the quality of the roses were just disgusting, there were at least two dead buds and the rest of them were not far off dead too, the greenery they used to decorate around the roses had already started to discolour, also the vase had a crack in the top and the chocolate was just horrible, my three year old even turned her nose up at it after trying some..
I have already opening a case with trading standards as they shouldn't be allowed to rip people off in this manner but If you are reading this and still have the choice, DO NOT USE THEM, they are scam artists and sell low quality stock and when you complain they will give you all the promises under the sun to fix the issue and then leave you hanging with nothing.
I am just glad I didn't use them for a wedding or special function..imagine the flowers for a wedding turning up a day late..that would be really special and definitely make it an unforgettable day..
There are two websites that run along side each other (www.iflorist.co.uk and http://www.colonialgifts.co.uk/) Both sites are registered to colonial gifts and i suspect both give very bad service.
I have recently received my refund from I florist but only after a number of threatening letters stating that i would be reporting them to trading standards.
I also had to bombard their call centre with support calls for the same issue until it was resolved.
