Sold Me a Sonic Viewpad in August 2011. Faulty goods, sent back three times being returned every time as not faulty although it clearly is. Refusing to exchange or refund, in hands of Trading standards and my solicitors. Didn't even bother to send back to manufacturer for confirmation, stating engineers have played with the device on each occasion for a couple hours, but won't accept it's an intermittent fault where the device just shuts down totally, requiring full re-boot, and battery discharges quickly.
