I ordered a 46" inch tv on 14.10.09 which was debited from my card that day. I was told it was in transit on 16.10. On hearing nothing i chased them to see where my goods were to be told they had no stock. After several phone calls and no response i cancelled the order on 28.10.09 and was told a refund would be done in 5 days. When no refund was recd i chased again and recd an e mail to say this may take upto 30 days. I have now taken this up with my credit card company to try to get a refund. How many times has this happened to other customers!!!!!!!!! They are certainly making a nice profit in holding onto customers money
