I ordered flowers to be delivered to my aunt in Lithuania for her 80th birthday, but they never were delivered. As Paypal sent e-check as a payment, it took time for payment to be cleared, but Interflora did not contact me to try to sort this out. Also, webside would not advise to place orders at least week before delivery (to give enough time for payments to be cleared). After sending few e-mails to Interflora I managed to get a refund, but this was the first time I was so dissapointed with a service. Avoid this company.
Did you collect enough savings to buy your new microkorg xl? Did you take a day off to be at home when delivery is expected to come to you? Did you also choose the colour of your microkorg to be sure that it will suit your taste? Be careful, it looks like Gear4Music is choosing the colour of your microkorg for you !
I understand, this is not Gear4Music fault that Korg introduced some incredible colours of Microkorg XL like beige and red, I presume there is not too many clients, which want this sort of colours on their desk. But why Gear4Music is sending the colour which clearly YOU DIDN'T ORDER, I will not understand that. Telling the truth, all this situation to return this unwanted product and get this one which I ordered (since the day when I ordered and paid for my synthesizer online) took 11 days !
I can add also, there wasn't any apologies from Gear4music ( they only informed me that my proper order will be send when they will get back the return ) and Parcelforce courier, which was taking unwanted product from my home, didn't want to give me any receipt, so I wasn't able to track my parcel while returning, so there was also risk to loose all this money, which I paid.
I was really disappointed with all this situation, I'm not going to buy anything from this company again.
