just returned from a flight to Cancun - the actual hotel was OK however I have never been so ashamed to admit that I actually used to work as crew when the airline was Airtours - the very young and poorly trained staff did not know how to talk to approach and engage with passengers and thus wrongly accused us of drinking our duty free alcohol - the cabin crew were pointing and gesturing in a very aggressive manner - one comment made as were boarding ref another passenger (a lady with a small baby) who was unhappy about her seat space the crew said to each other "lets stick her in the toilet all flight and see how she likes that....bloody southerners (Manchester crew).
I will never never never never spend my money with that company again, I wouldn't wish to see people loose their jobs if the company went tits up however such poor management has led to the position that they face today!
