Worst Company ever....
I internet shop all the time, and I can quite honestly say this is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered on a 12hour despatch - 1 day later no despatch - called and was told 'I don't know why that's happened - I'll push the order through for you now'....
Next day - no despatch, called again - told the same (all lovely girls being very friendly I might add - but do NOTHING!)
Day 3 - e-mailed because I noticed they had also added the 'free gifts' to the total on my bill
Day 4 was told via e-mail I would not be charged but free gifts not in stock until 1 1/2 months time!!!!
Day 5 - E-mailed to ask where order was - answered on day 6 saying it was in the warehouse and would despatch soon
End of Day 6 - called to say wither send on 12 hour delivery for tomorrow or cancel - they said 'we'll cancel'
Day 7 - called to say why has it not been canceled - they said 'so sorry don't know how that got missed - will cancel'
Day 7 night - called again ' will cancel now but don't worry no money has been taken yet anyway'
Day 8 - Asked to speak to manager who said yes money has been taken but she will cancel now
Day 8 night - called to ask why it's not canceled - manager has gone homw now 'and didn't have a chance'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! will call you at 9am tomorrow to confirm cancelation
Day 9 10.30am - no call so I called - have done it now...
1 hour later - e-mail to say 'cancellation has failed'
called back (on hold 21mins) have chcked with IT dept and they seem to have done it
NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - AS YOU CAN SEE 'DRINK' AND 'BREWERY' SPRING TO MIND!!!
TRADING STANDARDS WOULD HAVE A FIELD DAY.....

great company, great item
Bought an ex demo item for a great price, wasn't sure what to expect and whether I'd be dissapointed and wish I'd paid the full price....but I wasn't at all. Item in New condition with all original packaging. Only box was slightly more battered but still not bad. Have checked it works (as its a present) and it does. Couldn't be happier!

Great company, good comms
We had a great experience using Geyser. The wall radiator that we wanted was out of stock (but it told us that on the website before we ordered) we chose to place the order anyway and they told us the estimated date they would be in touch. They did indeed get in touch in the timeframe and organised to send the rad out by courier the following day and it arrived as expected - Great!
