I would like to praise virgin , instead of seeing the negative reports , i have a tivo box and its my second one , when i reported the fault virgin came out to repair it fairly quickly , if i have one negative comment , it would be crossed wires , the engineer who diagnosed the faulty tivo box also booked me in for a replacement date , and no one turned up , i rang virgin , and they apologised and sent out an engineer the next day , who cured the fault , so thankyou virgin .
