Delivered in very substantial packaging to room of choice. Customer unwraps and builds if required (not flat pack but one unit may need bolting to another). As it cannot be checked upon delivery Oak Furniture Land give a generous 7 days to inspect.
Thankfully my wall unit was perfect so I could not test this.
Quality - Brilliant - very impressed. Not splits or unexpected imperfections. Drawers, cupboard doors, and glass all in A1 condition.
I would certainly visit this company again and happily recommend their products.
Ordered two radiators in the afternoon and it arrived following day by courier. Could not ask for more.
One of the boxes was open at one end. The courier pointed this out and said I should check it for damage. It all seemed ok. The courier said the company was very good with replacing faulty goods, thankfully I did not have to put them to the test but its good to have the reassurance of a good back up service once a company has your money.
I will use again.
I order £60 worth of shower seals. When they arrived all bar one were not quite what i needed. A note was placed in with the goods that returns were accepted but postage was the responsibility of the customer....fair enough, after all i had ordered the wrong ones.
It was only then that it became apparent that this company is based in BELFAST and therefore incurs high postage costs. The destination coupled with the size of the package (a 2m long cardboard tube) meant i could not just post it using Royal Mail or Parcel Force, I had to use a courier. The cheapest quote i got was the wrong side of £20. Bearing in mind the items i intended to return had a value of only £40 i considered this a little steep, so i contacted Shower Seal by phone. I explained the situation and asked if maybe their courier could do this cheaper. The girl on the phone stated she would ask her boss and call me back. Two hours later and no call back, so I call back only to be told that she had not been able to speak to her boss to get an answer and would return my call as soon as she knew. That call never came. I sent two emails, neither were answered.
The moral is, use this company only if you are 100% sure you are getting the correct seals you require because you can forget about returning them.
Very competitive prices especially linked with free delivery. Outstanding fast delivery. Very impressed and will always check them out when looking for bike parts / equipment. Keep up the great service
I purchased iphone unlock software through EasyUnlockiPhone.org. The site stated that it could unlock all IOS versions of I-Phone. I paid my £25.46p via Paypal. It turned out the payment was processed by SWREG. After receiving the software link i was given access to software available free on the internet and why, because it did not unlock an i-phone above IOS5.1. so was old out of date software
I emailed the company asking them to resovle this....No reply.
I tried online help.....Does not work.
I emailed SWREG INFO. After several emails and the threat of legal action they replied. They stated they would pass on refund request to EasyUnlockiPhone.org. Still waiting for a reply. !!
My advice is steer well clear. If payment is through SWREG cancel your order. If anything goes wrong you will have NO customer service and no protection. I have raised this as a dispute with Paypal so hopefully will get my money back, but even if I do this company does not deserve anyones continued custom. Ordered a Kindle Fire. Was told it was in stock and would dispatch in 3-4 days, after 3 weeks I chased it. At the same time i confirmed it would arrive with a 3 pin UK plug. I was sent a polite reply stating the delay was due to high volume of orders and a statement that all goods are sent with UK plugs. After numerous more emails and requests for them to make contact with me I was simply ignored, bar the automated email logging communication.
Forget about calling it will be a minimum of a TWO HOUR wait and you never will get to speak to anyone.
Eventually the KINDLE did arrive but with a USA plug !!
This led to a new round of communication from me to sort this problem. Days went by with no response yet again.
Despite ordering in November i still had to go and purchase an adapter at extra cost, just so I could give it as a gift at Xmas.
They have now promised to send an adapter but that is not the same as a UK charger, which is after i what i was told i was getting. The adapter never did arrive for Xmas and i doubt i will ever see it.
Not impressed with this company. I can understand delays at busy times of year, but don't promise a service or items you cant deliver. I will not be returning to Simply Electronics
