Goods ok, delivery not

Ordered bunk beds & matresses on next-day delivery. When I called to get a delivery time, I was told that it was 3 day delivery as it was in the Aberdeen area....delivery as promised on the 3rd day, BUT NO MATRESSES. They finally arrived 7days after being ordered, Comfy-living blaming the delivery service from Aberdeen. If you cant do it, DONT falsely advertise that you can!!

If you live in NE Scotland, dont expect good service from them!!!!!

We are based in the south of England in Somerset please be aware of the logistics of our courier company states that it does take 3 working days to deliver to Scotland.

Disgraceful treatment

I am still awaiting part of my order which is 3 months late. I originally complained thru Paypal as I had received none of my order. Funnilly enough suddenly part of the order was sent, by registered mail. Unfortunately, there was an item missing. When I e mailed them to say it ws incomplete, I got a reply updating my order to "dispatched". STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
