No harm , No Foul
My order was dispatched on time , but missing the main item , wich I assumed would follow in a day or so , but when it did'nt I gave them a call , and the lovely lady on the other end appolagised and said she would send it as soon as possible , which she did , I was a irrate at the time , but I do appreciate the effort made on their part to correct the problem , which means more to me than the original issue to start with . To be honest I will still buy from them , because one mistake does not a bad company make , thanks for the honesty guys , keep up the good work .

RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH
I ordered a payasyougo mobile phone from them , the listing at the time said stock available , payed through paypal , and then I waited for it to arrive , after about 4 weeks I queried the order by email , to which i get an automated reply saying they will respond within 24 hours , a week later I get an email saying their is a problem with my order , some details they still need before shipping ( its a damd paygo phone ) and that I SHOULD CALL THEM , so i call then on thier 10p/m customer help line , 23 minutes later I get hold of some snotty telesales guy who want to put me on hold again while he checks if they have stock , I lose mt temper , I swear about how they are treating their customers ( not at him ) , He geta even more snotty and tells me to calm down , so I replied In triplicate that he can cancel the order and hang up before they waste anymore of my time and money , oh and iI would have cancelled the order online in their website , but I could not for the life of me find a cancel option anywhere . AVOID or suffer like the rest of us , yourve been warned !!!

You just cant beat IronmongeryDirect for range , service and price . I have used them before a few times but this time they passed even my expectations .
I placed my order before 7.30 pm on the 22 dec and it came the very next day , you dont get service like that from many others , especialy in there field of expertise , and they are experts .
As a company they set the bar for others to follow , we need more company's like them
