feel like iv been badly ripped-off

i placed a 49s bet didnt put yankee on it -all 4 numbers came in -but they said -i normally do yankees -so they would settle it as a yankee -what a load of bull - iv been ripped - off to the tune of £ 16000, when iv done a lucky 15/31/63 and have.nt ticked e/w or win and had 2 come in second they say its not a winner as it all went on win or the same with 49s if only two numbers came in they say -sorry it went on a fourfold i did,nt put yankee on the slip- alanthebuilder@hotmail.co.uk
