Would never use again!

In November I ordered a pool table and a few accessories that were supposed to be in stock. In fact nothing was in stock. A week later one cue was delivered. Two days later the table was delivered before I started receiving messages that the table was out of stock. Then I received a message that the table was going to be delivered the next day so I contacted Madfun to stop the delivery of a second table! I was then told that the set of balls I had ordered would be delivered within 2-3 days. They were never delivered and on Dec 23 (!!!) I got a message that they would be out of stock until the end of January! What a shambles! I would never buy from this company again!

Thanks for your comments. The run up to Christmas is always a very busy time for us. We work so quickly to get orders delivered in time and also to keep everyone informed of any delays or stock issues. Occasionally mistakes are made. Please accept my apologies for the issues you had with your order. I understand we refunded you on 23rd December for the balls that were out of stock. I hope you are enjoying the table now ?
