I had 3 issues when I placed an order online and listed them on the 'contact us ' firm on the website.
My issues included ordering a right splint but getting left show up on the invoice (after I'd paid), the delivery address being listed as my home address although I had changed that and the phone number on the contact page when I tried in a panic to correct these issues before delivery kept putting me through to virgin cruises.
I still haven't had a response to my online enquiry and due to the delivery company not bothering to ring the doorbell and just putting a card through the door I still haven't received my goods.
Great selection of colours (it's important for girls) and the website/ordering process was very straight forward.
Fitting it was dead simple and best of all it looks great and dog hair no longer triggers an anxiety attack.
If I was a super picky person I would recommend slightly more delivery comms as I had a notification it had been dispatched but no delivery estimate so ended up having to pick it up from the depot. Wouldn't stop me from ordering again though.
I bought the bean bag online as a stop gap as I had a new sofa on order but friends coming to stay over Christmas and needed extra seating. With hindsight I would seriously consider just investing in more beanbags and not bothering with a sofa. Not only did it arrive within a few days, compared with 8-10 weeks for the sofa, but it was also a hilariously game of precision getting all the beans in the bag (we failed). As for comfort it is surprisingly comfortable, adaptable and practical (the melted chocolate wiped clean). I can't recommend it highly enough.
