I contacted 5 UK Oris authorised resllers who all said the watch I wanted was discountinued and that Oris UK had no stock available. Jura took the trouble to go to Oris Headquarters to source the watch, sold it to me at a competitive price with full manufactuer's warranty and delivered it within 4 working days. They gave me regular updates of the progress of the order. I had no problems contacting anyone at Jura. Watch arrived in pristine condition. Highly recommend this retailer. They will be my first contact for all future watch purchases. Brian

Excellent Customer Service. This is the second watch I have bought from First Class watches. I was a little nervous with the first purchase because the price was the lowest, and significantly lower than other websites. But the items have been in perfect condition (including the presentation boxes) and customer service is excellent. Item elivered the day after I placed the order online and preceded by an email confirming delievery and the courier reference number. Highly recommend ! thsi is my first choice site when looking for watches.
