After my tv broke down on a Saturday night I called KNOWHOW to arrange repair. The service centre took my call and arranged for my tv to be collected on the Tuesday and advised me that the TV would be returned 7 days later. I received a text message to advise me this with a follow up text on the morning. The TV was collected before 10 am and returned before 10am the week later. The TV was well wrapped and the TV was returned in very good condition and was working. The only moan I have was the 6 minute hold at the start of the call but I'm not a fan of hold music. Great service around
