Address checks would be good idea

For whatever reason my latest shipment was posted to the wrong address. This resulted in me having to drive 40+ miles to the couriers to pick it up in time for Xmas. I cannot see how this could happen as my billing address and shipping address on my account are both the same and are my home address. Very disappointed with service.
Delighted with product though

We take customer service very seriously at gimmitech.co.uk, so when your order was bough to our attention we launched a full investigation. As a result of which we have identified that the house number was manually keyed into our warehouse system incorrectly.

As a result a label was printed with the wrong house number and therefore the delivery failed to arrive. We are reviewing our process to ensure that errors such as this cannot happen in the future.

Like we said gimmitech.co.uk takes service very seriously and as a gesture of our commitment to customer service we would like to pay your first monthly installment for you, this will be transferred directly into your bank account.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope you acknowledge that whilst we failed on this occasion, we're always looking to improve and willing to make good for any mistakes we do make.
