Breffer

Næsten gratis tablet

Meldte mig ind i Breffer for at få en tablet til 5kr, og har modtaget den i går.

Hvis det kommer som en overraskelse at man skal betale 349kr efter 14 dage, så bør man nok læse betingelserne og/eller stoppe med at tro tingene er gratis.

Timer man det rigtigt, ift. udmeldelse og bestilling af tablet, så kommer man ikke tilbage betale mere end 5kr.

Slow, bad quality and horrible customer service

Ordered a Charles Eames DAR Stol the 23.09.2012, where they said the chair would be here in about 30 days. 19/4-2013 we received the product - 30 days became around 7 months - horrible.

The chair was of a horrible quality and broken intransportation - not their fault, but the quality was. Contact them and they offer a new product or money back. I choose the money back, because I already bought the real one.

As of 12/9-2013, I have still not received the refund that they promised me. They keep on saying "We are so sorry, I have told accounting that they must transfer the money on XX date". Nothing happens.

I strongly suggest that you stay away from the company at all costs. It's a fraud, and I have the proof for it.

Sorry, it might not have been 30 days. It's hard to remember what the website said, when it's almost a year ago - but that might be the only thing that is messed up on my part. Whether or not it is on your bestsellerlist, I know nothing of - I just know that the product was below expectations and promise. That I can live with.

Got Infurns notice that we would receive a refund within the next couple of days, I've heard that a couple of times before without anything happening. I'm waiting and hoping that this will be the time, where something actually happens.

The standard delivery time for our products, with some exceptions is 10 - 18 weeks, so we were surprised that you mention a 30 day delivery time, and also surprised with regard to the quality as the Charles Eames DAR armchair is on our Bestsellers list, and although we understand that it may have been damaged in transit, the chair is a popular choice with Customers. It comes in a high quality plastic or fibreglass, the steel rods forming an iconic Eiffel Tower design.

Nevertheless, having checked your order details today, please accept our apologies that your refund is overdue, and we have informed you today that urgent action has been requested from Finance and you will be notified within the next few days of a full refund.

Oister

Go' valuta for pengene

Har haft Oister i 6mdr cirka med 5timer og 5gb data. Det kører knald godt i hastighed. Og det var til en helt kanon pris! Har aldrig haft brug for at have kontakt med kundeservice da alt har spillet.

Oplevede desværre et par nedbrud og deres kundeinterface på hjemmesiden virker lidt oldnordisk opsat. Desværre har Oister, modsat Telmore, ikke særlig mange mobiler og har ikke særlig fordelagtige betalingsbetingelser.

Men jeg vender nok tilbage når jeg engang er færdig med min bindingsperiode. Men kæmpe plus for god pris og indhold, minus for nedværksnedbrud.

Intet kører som det skal

Bestiller en Galaxy Nexus den 11 dec (søndag), fortryder dog straks efter. Ringer ind dagen efter og siger at jeg ikke ønsker telefonen, nummerflytningen eller andet alligevel - jeg får fortalt at det er helt i orden og orderen bliver annulleret.

Modtager 2 dage efter telefonen - og de har ligeså trukket pengene. Jeg ringer ind igen hvor de undskylder og siger at de vil sende en returseddel til mig. Jeg har stadig ikke modtaget returseddelen og jeg får smser og emails om jeg skal sende mit simkort nummer så jeg kan få flyttet mit nummer over.

Jeg ved snart ikke om jeg gider at bruge mere tid på dem. Der er en registering på min "opsigelse"/annullering, men jeg har jo trodsalt en telefon fra dem til 5000kr liggende. Men jeg må snart gå ud fra at de ikke vil have telefonen retur - jeg har jo betalt 500kr for den.

Enkelt og nemt

Efter at have været i omkring 10 sportsbutikker og skobutikker efter 180cm snørebånd, fandt jeg FNEBS via google. 2 par for 19kr! Lynhurtig og nemt bestillingssystem, varen kom super hurtigt (selvom det er jul) og i perfekt stand. Det er helt sikkert ikke sidste gang at jeg bestiller noget derfra.
