Where to begin,
I ordered a bed from Dreams and was cited next day delivery,
I asked for a time frame but was told I would get a call during the day 2 hours prior to arrival, I asked whether I had a morning or afternoon delivery but again was told it was at the drivers discretion so i'd have to take the day off work (this happened over 2 phone calls to their 0844 number which was also costly). All day I waited and nothing - again I rang up again I was told nothing more than to expect a call.
8.30pm it turned up.
Fine, this I can deal with - signed, got started. Opened up the bed, laid everything out.... where are the parts? Nothing had been sent with the bed, unbelievable
Rang up (again on hold for 20 mins with their 0844 number) and explained my situation, they said they would courier them out to me and to expect them - if not the same day (I called at 9am) then the next.
1 week later (yesterday) it came.
They were the wrong parts.
I cannot believe this company exists, i've never dealt with such incompetence on such a grand scale before.
The call center is UK based but incredibly rude, it's like having a direct line to the London Riots.
Avoid at all costs - no stars if I could.
