Amazingly quick delivery during the christmas rush

Great prices and a wide selection of goods. Stock and availability are clearly displayed and delivery is quick. Starting to one of my favourite places to shop, purely because it is so easy!

Avoid at all costs!!!! Worst customer service!!!

I have never experienced a company with as bad customer focus as what Parcel2Go have. When something does go wrong, then forget Parcel2G fixing it for you. You would be better off praying for a magic carpet than expecting them to care. Parcel was delivered to the incorrect address. A simple 2 minute phone call to the courier would have fixed this, however they refused to do this. Everything they do is via email, so if you want things fixed or dealt with quickly, look elsewhere. Never, ever again!!!
