I've already ordered twice from HomeSupply. The items were priced competitively and there was no delivery charge, which was valuable. On the second order I received a small loyalty discount. My orders were processed immediately and the delivery was very quick. In both cases the delivery company Interlink gave me advance notification of a one hour delivery slot, which was very convenient. I would not hesitate to use HomeSupply again and recommend it to friends.
In the last year I have placed three orders with DAPW: I bought a mattress topper and two sets of silk-filled pillows. The products are excellent quality and value. The Luxury Pure Silk Pillows are exceptionally comfortable. I appreciate the detailed information about all products on the DAPW website - for example, what type of silk is used to fill the pillows. All three orders were dispatched and delivered very promptly. I was notified by text message when to expect the courier, which was very helpful. Between the last two orders I moved house, and the most recent DAPW catalogue offering a summer discount was sent to my old address as I was placing my last order. On learning about the offer that I had just missed because of the address mix-up, I e-mailed DAPW Customer Service. They responded immediately, updated my address and applied the discount retrospectively. In my view, this is exemplary customer service - thank you, Darrell. I look forward to the next opportunity of buying something nice from DAPW either for myself or as a present for someone else.
I've used BudgetAir a few times over the last year. Each time they offered the best price, a very clear presentation of the options (often better than on the websites of the airlines whose tickets they broker), a quick dispatch of confirmation and documentation, and last year I even received a small voucher as a "thank you" which I used towards the purchase of the next ticket. I feel I've been given an excellent service which I can trust and will continue to use. Thank you.
I purchased photo calendars from you before Christmas. I was pleased with the various design choices and other options while I was putting the calendar together online, and with the communication I received from you about my order and its dispatch. The calendars arrived promptly, they are very good quality and have been greatly enjoyed by everyone who has received a copy.
If I could make a suggestion of how you could make your service even more friendly than it already is: once I'd received one of your e-mails with Friday Deals before Christmas, I realised that those particular offers were available only to people who were members of Facebook. I am not on Facebook and am not going to join it, so could not take up the offers as I did not want to sign up to something else that I was not interested in. Perhaps, with an offer like this in the future, you could consider providing an alternative link or discount code in the e-mail to allow non-Facebook-members to enjoy the offer, too. Thank you.
