Appauling Customer Service

I will never use this company again. I placed an order for a bike saddle in July and payment was immediatly deducted from my card. After a couple of weeks the item didn't arrive with no notification from the company as to why. I contacted them and was informed it was out of stock and they were waiting for a delivery and it would be another couple of weeks. I decided I would accept this and wait. However several weeks went by and I was not notified of any further delays. When I spoke to the company I was informed that the product was now unavailable. It then took a further 2 months and several phone calls before I was refunded my money, At no point did the company contact me to inform me of the status of my order - I did all the chasing up.

Since January 2012 Cyclexpress has been under new ownership. We have addressed the issues that arose from the reviews posted last year. As you can see from the more recent reviews we now run a much different and improved company, with great stock, delivery and service.
