disappointing quality & service

Even allowing for the Christmas period, this order took too long to process & deliver.

Both prints were ordered as mirror edged canvas wraps. The alignment of the edges on one print was average and the other was poor.

If they were not both delivered too late to do anything (both were Christmas presents) I would have returned them and asked you reprint & remount them.

As such, I am not sure if I will be using you for future prints which is a shame because the first canvas wrap we bought from you a year ago was excellent.

Hi Gary,

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed.

We actually dispatched your order well in time for Christmas - on the 19th December via Royal Mail tracked. It looks like your local Royal Mail exchange failed to deliver in time for Christmas. There is only so much control we have over delivery services and always aim to push our couriers to deliver next day and on time as they should.

In terms of alignment of the prints, if you're able to email me a photo of the issue then we may be able to offer you a replacement. I do hope we can rectify the issues for you as we always want to please.
