Bought MOBILE PHONE AS XMAS GIFT from CEX, screen froze intermitently as it can do with computers, took it back they said leave it with us and come back in half hour. Went back told nothing wrong with it,explained it was intermitent problem again and they suggested bring it back and show us it when it freezes. How could I do that if at work or busy - it may have come back on by the time I got to them. Was bulldozed into accepting credit voucher and the very unhelpful manager said that could not be reversed because I had now signed it. I asked for the phone back with the voucher and said I will take this further with trading standards & sales of goods act 1979. I did not want repair or exchange it was faulty and I'm entitled to refund - not happy with their customer service.
