Useless, Ignorant, very bad customer service

A had bought a Carrera Banshee 09 for £550. Had it for 5 months and side arm snaped when cycling home. Got that fixed then 2 months later framed snapped !! got that fixed but with questions about abusing bike ! even tho a just cycle it to my work on a road and pavment.. Anyway got bike back only for the frame to crack where it snapped last time? not happy..Took banshee back and they said they wernt fixing it..Got 2 bike reports from diffrent bike shops, saying the bike hasent been abused but still fuck all..says ave tightend up back suspension too much.. BOLLOCKS... NEVER SPEND OR STEP FOOT IN A HALFORDS STORE AGAIN.. BUNCH OF FUCKING COWBOYS..
