we booked the flights and we received confirmation from fly.co.uk, so we went and booked the hotel in Paris. fourteen hours later we received e-mail from fly.co.uk telling us the flights booking have been cancelled. when we called then to ask what the meaning of e-mail they said the booking has been cancelled due to technical error and we can go and book the flights again but by then the flights are three times the price. the customer service was very rood and they didn't care about the inconvenience they caused us and about the hotel booking which we had to call and cancel. so please don't make the same mistake and book with fly.co.uk even if they provide cheaper prices.
