I recently used the My Hermes services to collect a parcel and deliver it to myself. First the parcel was very well packed, plenty of bubble wrap and a thick cardboard box. When I received the parcel the contents were smashed to bits, this is just not a case of the parcel being dropped, more like it was played with being thrown around by the My Hermes staff. Found out that 99% of the goods are not covered by My Hermes insurance claims policy. Extra insurance cover is taken, but if you read the small print you will find that you are not covered.
My advice is to use a more reliable courier company it is not worth the risk especially with the high number of orders that are being maliciously damaged!
