I was offered a number of times cars that when I tried to select I could book.
Then on eventually being offered a car I could select on putting all my details in, it was unclear if it had gone through successfully or not. Not wishing to book again until I could confirm I had not been charged, on confirmation it had not gone through on trying the next day prices being offered were more expensive. But on trying to book online again it failed. I call the Ebooker phoneline and was able to book over the phone, but this in total cost me another £20 to the price I would have paid the day before. So in summary my experience of trying to book online was very poor and also costly !! Other colleagues have also reported the same.
