Because the item I ordered was out of stock I didn't bother to track delivery. I thought I would be notified when Gardensite had new stock in and told when my order had been despatched. However, it wasn't so I had delivery man turning up on the doorstep unexpected - just glad I was in. Probably, it was my fault for not tracking the order - even though it was initally out of stock. I will know another time. Otherwise all fine and I would use this company again. .
Two complaints:
1. Waited at least 2 weeks before order received - this was worrying because item needed as xmas gift.
2. Now need to return a DVD but so far (after 3 emails) have been unsuccessful in my attempts to get a returns label from them. Again, a bit worrying because time is running out for return/exchange. Will phone them tomorrow but doubt whether I will be able to get through or (after reading reviews) whether I will get my money returned. I will not buy from The Hut again.
