The easiest way to start is by what was wrong with the service and that is - NOTHING.
I seriously cant fault anything about my dealings with PC Specialists. From an easy to use website aided by a good forum, you can t go wrong, especially when everything is checked for compatability.
My latest update was easy since i could look up my original spec, change it, then get it checked before i buy. Most places let you buy and if its wrong, tuff.
Updates of delivery and progress are frequent and exact, no waiting in all day, you know what time these guys are coming.
Follow up emails to check you are happy apre appreciated too. Like i said, PC with these guys means Proper Care, many companies could learn a lot about customer care from these guys.
