Top notch, cannot fault, asked to be informed when a product was back in stock got an email in a timely manner, was easy to checkout and was kept updated of the status of my order at every stage. Will definitely buy from them again.
They are pretty good, first purchase, packed economically but well protected. Despatched and Delivered as promised. Can't really fault them to be honest
Wonderful service, excellent price, all the music I need in as many places as I need it. Just need to get the RHCP and the Beatles agreed and it'll be perfect.
Couldn't believe it when somebody designed me some trainers, they ordered the wrong size and they accepted the return. Just hope they are recycled properly :)
This is the worst delivery company I have ever had any dealings with. I have never had a successful delivery from this company. I try my very best to avoid buying from other companies that use yodel as their delivery 'partners'.
Just because they are the cheapest way to deliver shouldn't mean the likes of Amazon, ASDA and many others use them to deliver.
I have had three total losses with them since the merger and the name change (from HDNL to drop the bad reputation) and the rest of the packages I have had to collect the products from the depot.
I have complained on every occasion and don't even get a callback or a response when you e-mail them.
This company is a joke, avoid if possible and urge companies to not use them as a delivery partner.
I am a true Apple fanboy and the products get better and better. I have had Apple products for the last 15 years using every OS since OS 8.
Support is great, especially since the advent of the Apple Retail Stores where I can book a slot at the genius bar and get my problem sorted in store most of the time.
However the only reason for the three star rating and not five is that the products build quality is decreasing rapidly. This year I have had 25 iMac's scratching optical discs, Three iPad's with faulty sound, Two iPad 2's with faults, 7 MacBook chargers fail, 18 HDD failures and an iPod touch with a flickery screen. I manage three schools Mac networks to a total of 130 Apple desktops and three servers.
The removal of the xServe and the simplifying of OS X server has seriously knocked my confidence in Apple as a company.
I only hope Tim Cook can rescue the state of the company before it's too late and it goes entirely OS devices only.
I first purchased from Editors Keys a set of keyboard stickers back in the beginnings of the company.
These were great and the companies expansion has aided me extensively in my editing career.
I have recently purchased a FCP dedicated keyboard and I must say whilst I am impressed with it, I would advise that people spend a little extra to get the premium keyboards. The build quality of the cheaper one is fine but if you go from one Mac to another the typing experience just isn't quite as good as an Apple Keyboard.
The microphones and vocal booth kit's I have purchased for several schools and universities and can confirm they are an excellent piece of kit and just as good as their more expensive counterparts.
The webshop is excellent and customer support is second to none, The recent addition of the refurbished store is excellent for somebody on a budget such as students that are serious about Logic/Photoshop/FCP etc...
I will continue to buy from editors keys and look forward to the product developments in the future.
