Rang up to complain and had some horrible nasty woman just laughing at me down the phone and I said to her what are you laughing at she just kept laughing so put the phone down and rang back spoke to someone else who gave me £5 credit also why do you have to spen £1000 just to get a iPod nano I think they should bring back bonus bank
