Disappointing. Could not supply.
Ordered item. Order accepted. Paid for express delivery. Got an email some 5 days later to say out of stock and discontinued. Money will be refunded.

Fraudsters (and not actually deserving of a 1)
Like everyone else, I paid for eyesential on the 3rd of December 2011. I have still not received the item ordered and no reply to my emails. I am reporting the company to Trading Standards and asking my bank to take up the issue.
If this were a genuine trading company they would state on their order page that the products are out of stock or that there is a delivery delay.
I am also putting a complaint into Google. Why should they still be allowed to trade and take money from unsuspecting shoppers?
Got the product I wanted within two days from Ideal world.
