The only way to deal with Curry's is to report them to Trading Standards. If you have cause to complain, you stand no chance. They thwart you at every turn to try to put you off getting customer satisfaction. You go to head office, they send you back to the store; you go to the store, they tell you to contact head office. You have a complaint about one of their products, they tell you to contact the manufacturer. That is NOT the way complaints should be handled. As regards the comment on this page about never buying their 'aftercare' insurance, I made the decision to never again use Curry's aftercare company, Mastercare, after a dreadful experience with them 25 years ago. I have no doubts that this was the right decision and am very happy not to have used them for all this time. I can't believe they are still in business after such appalling 'service'.
