Ordered a fold-able BBQ stand. I'd looked elsewhere to compare prices but Flaming Barbecues had the best bargain for it. I was out of home when delivery was made, but they kindly left it in the shed for me to pick up. Easy to buy and website is user-friendly.

DS used to be good
I used to buy all my fitness supplements and protein shakes from DS. However, they're now almost always out of stock of items I used to be able to get, and they appear to have stopped stocking USN protein. That coupled with the fact that similar websites have sprung up who have the products in stock and/or cheaper has made what used to be my first port of call for shopping a last resort. That said, delivery times is still spot on when I do order so no problems there.

Used to use discount supplements a lot but they don't stock USN anymore. Muscle Finesse have not disappointed - timely delivery, good bargains.

Goods delivered were as expected so no problem there. The "letterbox-friendly" packaging is a box that's too wide to go through a standard door letterbox hole

Letterbox sizes can vary considerably, but we base our ‘letterbox-friendly’ claim on the European standard EN 13724:2002, as shown here on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Letter_box#Standards.
The standard basically states that the width should be a minimum of 230mm (23cm), which is sufficient for all of our parcels to fit through.
Sorry that you have been inconvenienced, and I hope that you do consider using us again. We are able to leave a message on the delivery label for the postman, so you could consider having them leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in a safe place in future…
