WARNING! WARNING!

I ordered a door seal for my washer on 1.december 2011. The payment went through immediately and I got an auto-reply saying that I would recieve a mail when the goods would be shipped. Since then I´ve heard nothing, I´ve sent them several mails without getting a single answer, and I´m still waiting. I´m starting to think that this company is just out there to rob people.
