Excellent trampoline very disappointed in the canopy

Trampolines.co.uk. delivery and customer service have been excellent. We are really happy with the trampoline we purchased from them. However we subsequently bought a canopy to cover the trampoline which again was ordered and delivered really easily and efficiently; but there has been a problem with the rods to put the canopy together which still hasn't been rectified,a couple of months later. This has been very disappointing since we were so pleased with our original purchase and the way in which the company served us.

Thanks for your comments. Apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with the Canopy. I believe you have since been sent a brand new replacement Canopy and all is well ?
