I bought a pair of beat by dre studio headphones back in january 2010 and by september 2010 they stopped working correctly. After numerous emails and phone calls no-one ever got back to me about replacing them. Absolutely appalling customer service. Im hindsight I should have paid extra for an extended warranty with some high street store than be left with a pair of faulty headphones with the false pretence that they would be covered for 2 years.
